If you need to contact me regarding your order, please email me as soon as possible at craftylovebyjasmine@hotmail.com. Ideally, any questions or changes should be made within 24 hours of placing your order. I cannot guarantee your order will not already be made.
If you require your order for a specific date, please leave a note at checkout or contact me immediately after placing your order if you forgot to do so. If no date is provided, your order will be processed and dispatched according to the current turnaround time displayed on the website.
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, occasional postal delays can occur and are unfortunately beyond my control. This applies to both UK and international orders.
If there is an issue with your order, or if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I may request photographs of the damage to help resolve the issue.
Please note that claims made after the 7-day period cannot be accepted, and replacement items cannot be guaranteed.
Please ensure that all information entered at checkout is correct, including your delivery address, payment details, and any discount or promotional codes. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed, and Crafty Love by Jasmine cannot be held responsible for errors made during checkout.
